Nyuk Pau Ngiu Cap is a well-established old restaurant that opened for more than 20 years in Menggatal (about 30 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu). Another branch is opened in Inanam (about 15 minutes drive from Kota Kinabalu).
They use beef bones and sugar cane to cook soup. The soup looks clear yet it is sweet and rich in flavour. In addition, the ingredients are very fresh, including beef slices, beef burdock, beef tendon, beef balls and beef tripe.

他们家采用纯牛骨熬汤,汤中带点甘蔗的甜味。香纯浓厚的牛骨汤低,看起来清淡可是喝起来却带点黏黏的胶质感,甘甜无渣滓。除此之外,他们家用料新鲜,有牛肉,牛腩,牛筋,牛肉丸及牛肚可选择。
