This may look like a new shop to many people, but in actual fact it’s been around in KK City for decades! What started as a small noodle stall in a corner shop at Bornion has now branched out into the super popular Plaza 333, offering the familiar taste of childhood to fellow Penampang citizens.

 

The dry tossed noodles here are modeled after Sarawak’s Kolo Mien, but have been adapted to suit the taste buds of fellow KK-ians. If you’re not sure what exactly to order, just go with “campur-campur” and you’d hardly go wrong. If you’re picky on condiments, you can ask the servers what your options are, as the menu doesn’t provide much information.

 

The basic condiments include crispy roasted pork (siew yuk), bbq pork (char siew), braised minced meat (yuk sui), egg rolls (chun kien), wontons, meatballs and fish balls.

 

对于很多人来说,这看起来也许像是一间刚开不久的店,但事实上它已经在亚庇好几十年了!最初它只是一个小摊位,开在Bornion的一家角头店面里,现在的它已经开了分行,并扩展到333广场,为兵南邦区的市民提供熟悉的童年回忆。

 

这里的干捞面模仿沙捞越干捞面的做法并加以改良,以便更迎合亚庇同胞的味蕾。如果您不确定要吃什么,可以选择“参参”,那肯定不会出差错。如果您对配菜很挑剔,可以向店家提出您的要求,因为菜单中没有提供太多的信息。

 

基本的配菜包括脆皮烧肉,叉烧,肉碎,春卷,馄饨,肉丸和鱼丸。
