Fish paste is basically the beginning of all fish balls, as it is the base of all fish balls. The same fish paste is lovingly hand-stuffed into different vegetables to create “nyong chap”, which is a local Hakka delicacy enjoyed by many.

 

You can have your pick from a buffet setting of huge pieces of stuffed beancurd skin, stuffed chillis, stuffed tofu, stuffed eggplant and more, and your choices will all be reheated in a tomato-based broth before served to you with a side of noodles, or if you prefer having it without noodles, that’s completely fine too.

 

Each piece is priced at RM1.20, so you can build and customise your bowl of yums to your liking!

您可以自由选择酿腐皮,酿辣椒,酿豆腐,酿茄子,釀苦瓜等等,您所选择的酿杂将先在番茄汤中加热,然后再加入粉面,又或者如果您不想吃粉面,那也完全没问题。

 

每件酿杂的价格为RM1.20,因此您可以根据自己的喜好来选择想要品尝的酿杂!
