Cheng Wah (精华冰室)

The Cheng Wah kopitiam has two branches: one located behind lido pasar whereas another branch located at 88 Market Place.

Although the soup seems clean and clear, it's rich in flavour, sweet and refreshing. The flavours of various spices as well as beef bones have been released in the soup after long hour of cooking time.

There are different parts of beef available, such as beef slices, beef brisket, beef tendon, beef balls, internal organs, etc.

虽然他们家的汤头看起来干净清淡，可是喝进嘴里尽是味道浓厚的香料牛大骨汤，甘甜又清爽。相信汤头是经过长时间熬煮才能够释放出如此香醇的好味道。

牛杂种类繁多，如：牛肉，牛腩，牛筋，牛肉丸，牛肚还有牛内脏等等，任君选择。
