Kedai Kopi KTC (广东仔)

Since 1981. The shop is located near Gaya Street. Although the size of the shop itself is not big, the taste of their roasted meat is extraordinary. This time, I've ordered their dried noodles, roasted duck whole thigh and steam chicken thigh. The Cantonese style fine dried noodles were being cooked perfectly; the golden outer skin of the roasted duck was so crispy, and the quality for both duck and chicken was utterly good. Apart from that, the cucumber slices on the side can help to cut the grease. There are other food options available in the shop, for example rice noodle soup, pan mee, laksa, etc. In the morning, they sell roasted meat but in the evening, they sell bakuteh.

广东仔位于加雅街附近的一间烧腊店，店面虽不大，不过烧腊的味道却是一流。小编这次点了干捞面，烧鸭全腿和滑鸡腿。干捞面的面条是广东式的幼面，即弹牙又好吃；烧鸭的外皮烤的金黄香脆，滑鸡的肉质跟味道也都一级棒，好吃不油腻！除此之外，看似简单的黄瓜片在此时起了极大作用，不但增加清爽度，而且还可以解腻。除了烧腊，店里还有其他食物能选择，例如清汤米粉，板面或laksa等。店里白天里卖烧腊，到了晚上则卖肉骨茶。
